These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Paharico Honey Reserve website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paharico Honey Reserve ("Paharico", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to purchase from Paharico. We currently accept orders only within India. By placing an order, you confirm the accuracy of all information provided, including shipping address and contact details.
3. Products & Availability
Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible but may contain minor variations. Honey is a natural product; colour, taste, or texture may differ slightly between batches. We reserve the right to update product listings, discontinue items, or limit quantities at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed using the methods offered (e.g., PhonePe, Razorpay). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. We are not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers.
5. Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, we will send an acknowledgment email. This is not a confirmation of acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including limited stock, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within the timelines stated on the website. Delivery times may vary based on location, logistics partners, and unforeseen circumstances. Ownership of products passes to you once delivered to your address. Inspect packages upon delivery; report any damage or tampering within 24 hours.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Honey jars that are opened, tampered with, or consumed are not eligible for returns due to food safety considerations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and software, is owned or licensed by Paharico. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, or engage in activities that disrupt our operations. We may suspend or block access for violations without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paharico shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Paharico, its founders, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage amicable resolution through dialogue before pursuing legal remedies.
13. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new "Last updated" date and take effect immediately. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
