Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order fulfilment, timelines, and delivery-related expectations for Paharico Honey Reserve. Please review it before placing an order.
1. Serviceable Regions
Paharico currently ships orders within India only. Orders with non-Indian delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Fulfilment Timelines
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Dispatch timelines may be longer during peak season or due to force majeure events.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by state and logistics partner. Metro cities: 2-5 business days. Non-metro: 5-8 business days. Remote areas may take longer. Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
5. Address & Contact Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and reachable phone numbers. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
6. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver after reasonable attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply) or process a refund excluding shipping charges.
7. Inspection on Delivery
Inspect packages upon delivery. If the seal is broken or the package is damaged, refuse delivery or document the issue immediately and notify us within 24 hours.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, or courier disruptions.
