Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2025

We take extreme care to package and deliver honey that meets our quality standards. Because honey is a sealed consumable, refunds and cancellations are restricted to exceptional circumstances described below.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting hello@paharico.com with your order number. Once an order is handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of honey, we accept returns only if the product is delivered damaged, tampered, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos and unboxing video evidence. Opened or consumed jars cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. We may offer store credit or replacement at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If a package arrives damaged or tampered, refuse delivery if possible, or document the condition immediately. Email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Non-Delivery

For orders not delivered within the estimated timeline, contact us at hello@paharico.com. After verification with our logistics partner, we will either reship or provide a refund.

6. Order Modifications

Address or order modifications may be accommodated if requested before dispatch. We reserve the right to decline requests that are operationally unfeasible.

7. Exceptions

We are not responsible for customer errors (incorrect address, contact details) or delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, lockdowns). In such cases, refunds may not be granted.

8. Contact

For refund or cancellation requests, email hello@paharico.com with your order number, contact details, and supporting evidence.
